Overview
A stationary soldier is visible to cheap thermal cameras on overhead drones. Issued camouflage handles the visible band and little else.

Integrated thermal-blocking layer to reduce contrast against background.
RF screen
EMI/RF-absorbing inner screen for emitters carried under the canopy.
